By the end of the 7 days, you can expect to:

  • Experience a calmer nervous system and have go-to practices you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed.

  • Understand your 7 chakras in a clear, practical way—and how they show up in your emotions, relationships, and daily patterns.

  • Reconnect with your higher self and intuition, and start to recognize how guidance naturally comes through for you.

  • Build a gentle daily ritual that blends creativity, spirituality, and nervous-system care (that you’ll actually want to keep doing).

  • Release some of the emotional build-up (grief, stress, anxiety) through safe, creative expression instead of stuffing it down.

  • Feel more confident and empowered to create the life you desire—from a place of alignment rather than burnout and chaos.

ALIGN isn’t about becoming a “perfectly spiritual” person.
It’s about learning to work with your own energy, your own body, and your own inner guidance—one mandala, one breath, one day at a time.

What’s Included: Over 7 days, you’ll move through:
  • 7 Chakra Modules
    One chakra per day—from root to crown—so you can understand what each center governs and how it shows up in your real life (safety, emotions, confidence, love, truth, intuition, spiritual connection).

  • Short, Digestible Chakra Lessons
    No overcomplicated jargon—just clear, grounded explanations of each chakra, its themes, and how to notice if it’s out of balance.

  • Daily Breathwork Practices
    Gentle, guided breath techniques designed to calm your nervous system and support the chakra of the day (grounding breaths, heart coherence, open-awareness breath, etc.).

  • Basic Grounding & Body Movement
    Simple movements you can do in leggings or PJs—think light stretching, shaking, hip circles, heart openers—to release tension and bring you back into your body.

  • Chakra Sound (Mantra) Practice
    You’ll be introduced to the sound for each chakra and learn how to use vibration to clear and activate each energy center.

  • Mandala Coloring Exercises
    A daily mandala prompt connected to the chakra of the day, with suggested colors and intentions—so you can integrate the work through creativity, focus, and nervous system regulation.

  • Mini Meditations & Higher Self Check-Ins
    Short guided moments to connect with your higher self, ask for guidance, and learn how your intuition speaks to you through your body, emotions, thoughts, and inner vision.

  • Reflection & Journaling Prompts
    Simple prompts to help you process what came up, anchor your insights, and turn “nice idea” into real integration.
